OPTIONBOTS REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At OptionBots, we value transparency and fairness. By purchasing or subscribing to any OptionBots product or service, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.

1. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

All monthly subscription payments, including initial purchases and renewals, are final and non-refundable. No refunds or money-back guarantees are offered for monthly subscriptions.

Once a renewal billing cycle begins, that payment is final and no refunds will be issued — regardless of platform usage, login activity, or user experience.

By subscribing to a monthly plan, you authorize OptionBots to automatically charge your payment method each month until you cancel.

It is the customer's responsibility to cancel prior to the next billing date to avoid renewal.

Cancellations can be made:
• Directly through your OptionBots account settings, or
• By contacting our support team at support@optionbots.com before the next billing date.

If a cancellation request or in-app cancellation is not submitted prior to renewal, the subscription will automatically renew and the payment will be processed.

No refunds will be provided for failure to cancel on time.

Non-use of the platform, lack of activity, or failure to utilize services does not qualify for a refund.

2. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Initial annual subscription payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds or money-back guarantees are offered for initial annual subscription purchases. The only refund exception for standard annual subscriptions is the 7-day renewal payment window described below.

Annual plans are billed in full upfront and cannot be downgraded or converted to a monthly plan after purchase. There are no pro-rated refunds for partial usage or early cancellation.

RENEWALS:

If an annual plan renews automatically, customers have 7 days after the renewal payment to request a refund of that payment by contacting support@optionbots.com.

After 7 days from the renewal payment, that payment is final and non-refundable.

There are no pro-rated refunds for partial usage or early cancellation of annual plans.

3. PROMOTIONAL & BUNDLED ANNUAL OFFERS

From time to time, OptionBots offers annual subscriptions bundled with additional programs, bonuses, or services at no extra charge — for example, offers made during webinars or promotions where free access to a program or additional bots is included with an annual sign-up. Because these offers include substantial bonus value delivered upfront, they are final and non-refundable. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to any promotional or bundled annual offer. These terms are disclosed at checkout, and by completing purchase of a promotional or bundled offer you agree that it is non-refundable.

4. PAID TRIALS

Occasionally, OptionBots may offer paid trials (for example, 14-day or 30-day access).

Trial payments are refundable only within the active trial period.

Once the trial period ends and your account automatically renews into a paid subscription, all payments are final and no refunds will be granted.

It is your responsibility to cancel prior to the trial expiration if you do not wish to continue with a paid plan.

5. GENERAL TERMS

• All sales are considered final once the applicable refund or grace period (if any) has expired.
• Refund requests outside of the stated windows will not be honored.
• Non-use, lack of results, or dissatisfaction with performance does not qualify for a refund.
• Refund eligibility cannot be transferred or modified after purchase.
• By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and authorize OptionBots to process recurring charges according to your selected plan.

6. LEGACY & CONTRACTED PROGRAMS

Any legacy program, or any program or service governed by its own separate agreement or contract, is subject to the refund and cancellation terms set out in that individual agreement. Where such a signed agreement or contract exists, its terms are binding and supersede any conflicting terms in this Policy.

7. ADD-ONS

OptionBots offers optional add-ons after your initial purchase. All additional add-on purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds are available for add-ons, and the refund periods or money-back guarantees applicable to your normal software subscription do not apply to add-ons.

Add-ons are separate subscriptions from your normal OptionBots software subscription. You may cancel an add-on subscription at any time by going to Settings > Add-ons and selecting Cancel, or by emailing support@optionbots.com.

Canceling an add-on subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of any add-on payments already made.
